How to enable Broadcast Message on your system

The Directorate and the State level users can broadcast message(s) to users at sub units using Broadcast Message functionality available in NAMMIS. Some users may not be able to view messages due to local pop-up blocker settings in internet explorer.

If you are unable to view the broadcasted messages and the Home Page is displayed as shown below, then you need to change the settings of your internet explorer.

Follow these 5(five) simple steps

Step 1:

1. Logout from NAMMIS.
2. The NAMMIS Login page will be displayed as shown below.

Step 2:

1. Click on the Tools option on the menu bar.
2. Select the Internet Options link and click on it.

Step 3:

1. In the new pop-up window that opens, click on the Privacy tab.

Step 4:

1. In the Privacy options under the pop-up blocker area you will see a check box with a tick, before the option Block pop-ups.
2. Click on the check box.
3. Block pop-up check box will get unchecked now

Step 5:

1. Click on OK.
2. The pop-up blocker is now disabled.
3. You will be able to view the broadcasted messages now.
